The world is a cruel place where only the powerful enjoy privileges. To be free, you must live in the wastelands. And resources there are few… Meet with other members of your gang and talk to village inhabitants. Eliminate rival gangs and corrupt police officers to accomplish the missions that will earn you greater street cred with the Scrap Riders.
