Shantae, Rottytops, and Patricia Wagon 3DS themes out in PAL regions on March 18

Three 3DS themes from WayForward are heading to PAL regions soon. Ones based on Shantae, Rottytops, and Patricia Wagon are due out in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand on March 18. All three are already available in North America and Japan.
