Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II update out now on Switch, patch notes
A new update has just gone live for the Switch version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords.
Aspyr has confirmed that this addresses the game-breaking bug that was previously reported, though there was a bit of a workaround built in already. On top of that, a couple of other issues have been fixed.
The full patch notes for the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords update on Switch are as follows:
- Addressed a crash that would occur after certain cutscenes (i.e. Basilisk scene on Onderon)
- Addressed an issue where the game would crash on certain mid/late game saves. (Dantooine, Korriban)
- Addressed an issue where players could become stuck in a loading screen loop when Sith Troopers board the Ebon Hawk on Peragus
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is currently available on the Switch eShop. Limited Run Games will release a physical version at a later date.
