Salt and Sacrifice physical

Salt and Sacrifice has been on the Nintendo eShop for some time, but a Switch physical release is now in the cards. Limited Run Games just announced plans for production.

Salt and Sacrifice will be sold standalone or as part of a bundle. The latter features Salt and Sanctuary. With both versions, a series slipcover is included.

A new version 2.0.0.1 update is live for Salt and Sacrifice, and quite a bit is packed in here.

The team says the patch includes over 50 quality of life improvements, balances, and fixes. Highlights include better blocking, hyper armor, inventory sorting, and HP/focus/ammo consumables no longer require farming.

Salt and Sacrifice

Salt and Sacrifice is making the jump to Switch, Ska Studios and Devoured Studios announced today. The game is due out on November 7, 2023.

Salt and Sacrifice is a soulslike platformer. For the Switch launch, it will include “The Traitor’s Tomb” update has players descending into The Heart of Altarstone, a winding dungeon that increases the base game’s map size by 20 percent. It includes new NPCs, five new bosses, and additional armor sets and weapons like the massive Lawbringer whip-sword. Players can also expect a new arena mode, allowing daring Inquisitors to test their mettle in six-player free-for-all PvP matches.
