Today, Daedalic Entertainment and Flatter Than Earth nailed down the release date for Once Upon a Puppet. The game heads to Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2025.

Once Upon a Puppet was just revealed for Nintendo’s console in February. While we were given a 2025 release window at the time, it turns out the wait wasn’t overly long.

Once Upon a Puppet will be making its way to Nintendo Switch, according to publisher Daedalic Entertainment and Flatter Than Earth. It should be out sometime in 2025.

Once Upon a Puppet is a 2.5D puzzle-platformer that takes place in the world of a theater. You’ll wear the glove of Nieve, a stagehand exiled to the Understage, and control the strings of Drev, a puppet magically bound to her.
