Disney Dreamlight Valley Storybook Vale DLC

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase was held today, and it included the reveal of The Storybook Vale Expansion Pass.

The DLC adds a bunch of content to the game. Players can look forward to a new main story, new friends including Merida from Disney and Pixar’s Brave, Flynn Rider from Disney’s Tangled, and Hades from Disney’s Hercules, three new biomes to explore, and a royal net tool. The first part of The Storybook Vale arrives on November 20, 2024 with the second wave bringing even more content.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase

Gameloft will host the Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase next week, the company has announced. It will air on October 29 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM in the UK / 7 PM in Europe.

Gameloft says that the Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase will include information about the game’s next chapter and beyond. Teases will be shared on social media leading up to the event.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Jungle Getaway update

October 8: Gameloft has announced the latest Disney Dreamlight Valley update, which is known as “Jungle Getaway”. Switch owners can download it on October 9, 2024.

New content will be added, including Timon and Pumbaa, The Night Show Star Path, and more. That’s on top of a bunch of quality-of-life improvements that draw upon all-important player feedback.

Carmen Sandiego Switch

Today, publisher Gameloft and developer HarperCollins Productions announced a new Switch game based on the Carmen Sandiego franchise. A release is planned for Q1 2025.

The new project is based on the animated series that ran from 2019-2021. Players will take on the role of Carmen Sandiego herself as they look to stop the criminal organization VILE. Player, who appeared on the Netflix show and references the unseen live-action figure from the 1994 animated series Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego?, acts as your sidekick and helps out with “navigating missions, solving puzzles, and outsmarting VILE operatives.”

Disney Dreamlight Valley Dapper Delights update

August 14: Disney Dreamlight Valley is gearing up for its next update, which is known as Dapper Delights. It’ll come to Switch on August 21, 2024. On the same day, Treasures of Time – Act III for the paid Expansion Pass, Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time, arrives on the same day.

Asphalt Legends Unite gift packages release date

Asphalt Legends Unite, which was previously planned for release in June, is now about to launch following a delay and there’ll be gift packages for players. Gameloft shared all of the news today.

When the announcement was originally made, Gameloft intended to have this version ready for June 17. But now the racer will be releasing on August 19. Gameloft apologized to fans “for the extended wait.”

The Oregon Trail physical

The Oregon Trail, which is already on Switch digitally, is now getting a physical release. That’s based on new retailer listings, which recently went up on various websites.

You’ll get more than just the cartridge here. Buyers will be given a reversible cover sheet, three art cards, and Cowboys and Critters DLC as bonuses.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Mulan Mushu Lucky Dragon update

June 24: Disney Dreamlight Valley is gearing up for its next big update, known as “The Lucky Dragon”, which brings along Mulan and Mushu plus much more.

Other than the new characters, you’ll be able to access a new Realm as well. Also, the Majesty and Magnolias is being offered. That’s along with Remy’s Special Deliveries repeatable quests, new goods from Scrooge McDuck, and more.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Dreamlight Parks Fest

Starting today, Disney Dreamlight Valley players can access a new Dreamlight Parks Fest event. It will be running until June 5.

The event features new activities in which players can earn exclusive event recipes and furniture that are themed after Disney Parks. A few of the Villagers will also provide recurring daily and weekly quests – specifically Scrooge McDuck, Ursula, WALL·E, Mickey Mouse, and Moana. If you complete their requests, you’ll earn Green Buttons. Three new achievements are also now accessible that provide a Disney Parks-inspired map.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Thrills Frills update

April 29: Disney Dreamlight Valley is launching its big “Thrills & Frills” update this week, and we have the patch notes.

The update includes free content for everyone plus Act II of the A Rift in Time expansion pass. Highlights include a new building, new ways to interact with friends during Valley Visits, even more Disney Parks magic, and much more. Plus there are a new wave of bug fixes and optimizations.
