Guns Gore & Cannoli

Guns, Gore & Cannoli made it to Switch this week as a digital download. Take a look at the game’s launch trailer below.

Guns, Gore & Cannoli was originally planned for Wii U. Unfortunately, we were told that those plans were scrapped due to “technical reasons.”

Crazy Monkey Studios informed us that the team ordered Switch dev kits in April. Hardware was received last week, and the team has now confirmed plans for Nintendo’s console. The original Guns, Gore & Cannoli will indeed be brought over to Switch.

Crazy Monkey Studios wrote in a new blog post today:

“Last but not least we have great news for all fans that begged us to let you shoot zombie freaks on the go. Your prayers have been heard: Guns, Gore & Cannoli will be making its way to Nintendo Switch. We received our Switch devkit last week and will be porting Vinnie’s first adventure to the new console. Nintendo was very keen to add the game to their indie line-up and we’re thrilled we’re going to make this happen. Stay tuned for more information.”

Belgium developer Crazy Monkey Studios is planning on bringing Guns, Gore & Cannoli to Wii U. A release is planned for early 2015.

Crazy Monkey Studios describes Guns, Gore & Cannoli as “an over-the-top, comical, and fast-paced action game with hand drawn 2D HD graphics”. The game is set in the early 1920s, complete with setpieces, music and weapons that match the era.

A Kickstarter campaign for Guns, Gore & Cannoli can be found here. It seems that the project will be made even without funding.
