Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wilds producer Ryozo Tsujimoto has been asked about a potential Nintendo Switch 2 port of the game in light of the system’s recent announcement.

Unsurprisingly, Tsujimoto wasn’t going to announce anything right there in the interview with Gamereactor. However, he did say Capcom “would need to take time over the coming future to learn exactly the nature of the hardware and how we’ll be using it best”.

The company was asked about the situation during its most recent financial results briefing Q&A. Capcom gave the answer we often see from others – which is that the team is “utilizing the latest technology to its limit”, so Nintendo’s console wasn’t really considered an option.
