Tribute Games today issued a brand-new gameplay trailer for Scott Pilgrim EX, its cooperative adventure brawler.
The video “samples the exploration driven, quest-focused journey at the center of Scott Pilgrim EX, offering an overview of the shops, challenges and boss battles you’ll need to prepare for while knocking vegans, demons and robots around in the series’ endearing take on Toronto.” It also “teases the secrets awaiting discovery in Scott Pilgrim EX’s richly realized, interconnected environments, making thorough exploration well worth the effort in between action-packed throwdowns with the city’s most devious foes.”

January 27: Thanks to a listing on the Nintendo eShop, we’ve got the release date for Scott Pilgrim EX. The game is planned for March 3, 2026.
Scott Pilgrim EX was previously announced last year. While we knew it was slated for 2026, now we have a proper date.

Roxie Richter and Lucas Lee will be appearing in Scott Pilgrim EX, it’s been announced.
Lucas is a big brawler who uses his grappling prowess and a fully-weaponized skateboard to attack enemies. Roxie, a tiny terror, features a sword, smoke bombs, and more.

A physical release for Scott Pilgrim EX has been revealed, which is happening through Limited Run Games. In total fans have three options to choose from.
A standard version is planned alongside Deluxe Adventure and Ultimate Deluxe Adventure editions. Deluxe Edition contains the game with reversible cover featuring artwork by Crisppyboat, Deluxe Box with reversible cover art featuring artwork by Matias Begara, soundtrack, and tie-in comic by Bryan Lee O’Malley. The Ultimate Deluxe Adventure has all of the same items plus a goose replica box, hardcover art book / strategy guide, acrylic diorama with Scott and Ramona figures, and a pixelated commemorative coin.

Announced today, Nintendo Switch is getting the brand new game Scott Pilgrim EX. It will be available in 2026.
Scott Pilgrim EX is a brand new brawling adventure from Tribute Games (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, Marvel Cosmic Chaos) in which players battle through spacetime and the streets of Toronto. Scott Pilgrim, Ramona Flowers, and five of their formal rivals will be included. Bryan Lee O’Malley, creator of the IP, is writing the story.
