Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales update out now on Switch (version 1.0.2), Steam and GOG.com saves supported

CD Projekt Red has updated the Switch version of Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. With version 1.0.2, saves are now compatible with Steam and GOG.com, meaning progress can be transferred between platforms.
Below are the official patch notes:
- Implemented a Cloud Save system allowing you to transfer saves from Steam and GOG.COM
- Various minor bugfixes and stability improvements
Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is available for Switch via the eShop.
