Club Nintendo surveys fixed

Some Club Nintendo users had been experiencing issues with Kid Icarus: Uprising registration surveys. There were other games that were causing problems, too.
Nintendo has sent out an email about the situation and all it seems as though all problems have been corrected. Members who completed surveys but did not receive coins for their input should now see that their accounts have been updated with an accurate points total.
