Wow, so nice to see CoD 4 in that list. It’s my favourite shooter for its detailed story mode and especially, the Chernobyl portion.

Ever since CoD 4, CoD it hasn’t been all that good any more although I did have a blast back in the days playing MW2 but that’s about it. I didn’t really like MW3.

Sony obviously lying again about Bloodborne sales. Yesterday they said it had sold 2 million copies… Highly unlikely with Europe and Japan only making up 800k.. so Amerca bought 1.2 million copies..pull the other one sony…

    • ali

America and every other country where the playstation is available. It isn’t only available in 3 countries.

      • ben

The rest of the world outside the big three areas make up very few sales.

    • Gaikai

Digital sales aren’t inlcuded in this chart obviously, Sony stated yesterday that digital sales are included in the 2 millions mark

      • ben

Ahh.. well they gave away 300k copies in Japan so it might make sense.

Are you high? Bloodborne sold 1 million copies in less than 2 weeks, it’s a 93 on Metacritic and possibly GotY, why wouldn’t it sell 2 million? Btw, Sony said it sold OVER 2 million.

With a new physical version coming Dec 3rd that includes The Old Hunters expansion Bloodborne will likely reach 3 million in total sales.

Not high at all. Sony is saying that Bloodborne has sold better than the Souls games on sony consoles. That does not make sense based on the communities around the souls games.

        • Dewar

But surely a massive portion of that souls community have purchased bloodbourne, along with all the newcomers?

    • Dewar

Report is only to June and doesn’t include digital sales.

If Smash for 3DS and WiiU was combined, why wasn’t MineCraft?

    • RGB

Sony publish the PlayStation copies, Microsoft does it for Xbox, even after Microsoft purchased Mojang.

      • Kaine Morrison

It is still the same game.

Seeing so many of them losing software market value, it’s nice to see Nintendo’s actually went up rather than drop by a few percentages, I mean it might not mean much anyway because I’m sure they go up and down all the time, but nice to see Nintendo’s still doing strong on the software side of things anyway and not seeing it getting worse. That being said, I never once thought their software sales would be weak this year.

  • DarkMetroid

It sad to see such a rubbish game like GTA sell so well. Zelda MM should be on top.

    • MyBodyIsReady

We can see you’ve upvoted yourself you know? just saying…

      • Gaikai

        That’s sad

  • MyBodyIsReady

    Hurray for Bloodborne

  • awng0718

Note that this list is based off of software value sold and not software units sold.

  • RGB

How legit is the source seriously? The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt doesn’t even make top 20 and under 300k across 3 platforms, sure!

It’s awesome that The Order 1886 outsold Evolve. The Order could hit 2 million in lifetime sales.
