GungHo open to Nintendo collaboration for Ninjala
GungHo recently received a pretty big collaboration with the Sonic the Hedgehog series. But given how the game is on Switch and the close relationship between the two companies, could we see a Nintendo partnership as well? GungHo certainly isn’t ruling out the possibility.
Speaking with Gamereactor, CEO Kazuki Morishita said:
“For Ninjala, we got a lot of support from Nintendo, and I believe that our relationship is really good with them. In regards to a Nintendo-based collab, we have experience in the past with Puzzle & Dragons and Mario where we had Mario come into the Puzzle & Dragons world. So there is a possibility that we could talk with Nintendo and have this collaboration, but it’s going to be more dependent on the Nintendo side.”
It seems that Ninjala will continue to have collaborations in the future. Next up for the game is one with Kyary Pamyu Pamyu – we have more information about that here.
