That was quick! Renegade Kid has gone ahead and confirmed a demo for Mutant Mudds.
The demo will contain a considerable amount of content. Four main levels (1-1, 2-1, 3-1, and 4-1) and first secret level will be included. Players will be able to collect five Water Sprites as well.
The Mutant Mudds demo has already been submitted to Nintendo, and it should hit the eShop before the end of the month.

Renegade Kid asking fans if they would like a demo of Mutant Mudds on the eShop

Could Mutant Mudds be getting a demo on the eShop? Nothing is confirmed at this time, though Renegade Kid’s Jools Watsham appears to be gauging interest for the possibility.
On Twitter, Watsham wrote:
“Who would like a free playable demo of Mutant Mudds on eShop?”
I don’t believe there is one demo on the eShop for a downloadable game yet. Perhaps a trial could persuade a few 3DS owners to purchase Mutant Mudds…

GameStop puts an end to the Donkey Kong 3D rumors
Posted on 12 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in 3DS, News | 0 comments
A game box was spotted at an Australian EB Games store over the weekend, stirring speculation about a possible Donkey Kong 3D game for Nintendo’s newest handheld. However, GameStop has confirmed today that Nintendo did not provide the display cases and have put an end to the rumors.
A GameStop representative said:
“The displays were not supplied by Nintendo and have been taken down. It’s definitely not in the system in the U.S. I’m sure it’s not elsewhere, either, but I can’t confirm that.”
So there you have it. There is no Donkey Kong title in the works for the 3DS (as far as we know at least!). I’m sure we’ll see a new game in the franchise one day given how successful Donkey Kong Country Returns was, but there isn’t a new game on the horizon.
Thanks to Lars H for the tip!
