The Grinder; New teaser trailer

I don’t think I’m the only one that’s thinking that this may not be the Wii version of the game…
The Grinder no longer Wii exclusive, will release Halloween 2011

Here’s something I know you’ll all be very passionate about hearing. In a recent interview with IGN, head honchos of High Voltage Software Kerry Ganofsky and Eric Nofsinger revealed that the Grinder will not be a Wii exclusive, and will also ship on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Not only that, but the game isn’t planned to come out until Halloween of 2011. I’m not too worried about this, because HVS has shown that they don’t cut corners on Wii (granted that The Conduit could’ve turned out better), and hopefully this will only give them the higher sales that they deserve! Does this anger you, or do you think it’s a good move on HVS’ part?
Ghostbusting with MotionPlus; WiiWare title “Ghost Slayer” makes it possible

The premiere MotionPlus-enhanced WiiWare title, Rage of the Gladiator is just around the corner, and now the second game to utilize the device on the download service had just been announced. Gevo Entertainment’s Ghost Slayer tells of a place where ghosts are pouring out of a dry well, and it’s up to you to slay them all. The game is in first person like Rage of the Gladiator, but unlike the upcoming Gladiator battling game, Ghost Slayer’s use of MotionPlus is optional. Check out the trailer after the break. Is it just me, or does this look eerily reminiscent of those motion-controlled arcade samurai games? In a good way, of course.
Zangeki no REGINLEIV took over 3 years to make; Nintendo originally unsure about ‘M’ rating
Posted on 14 years ago by Austin(@NE_Austin) in News, Wii | 3 Comments
In a recent Iwata Asks interview, Hitoshi Yamagami tells that Zangeki no REGINLEIV actually took in upwards of 3 years to make, first getting approved before the Wii even launched. Additionally, he said that Nintendo was on the fence about putting blood in the game, but eventually decided that it was okay because players would be killing monsters and not humans. It’s just like Nintendo to do something like that!
