Cosmic Fantasy Collection confirmed for the west, physical release planned

There was previously no official word on Cosmic Fantasy Collection for the west, but that’s now changed with Limited Run Games revealing localization plans which includes a physical release.
For the physical versions, there’ll be a standard copy and deluxe edition. The latter contains a number of extras – a pin, poster, soundtrack CD, and retro slipcover.
Cosmic Fantasy Collection originally debuted on Switch in Japan in December 2022. It contains Cosmic Fantasy: Adventure Boy Yuu and Cosmic Fantasy 2: Adventure Boy Van. Also included are sound and movie modes – players can listen to the opening and ending themes plus other iconic music tracks in Sound Mode. Movie Move provides easy access to the animated cutscenes.
Pre-orders for the physical versions of Cosmic Fantasy Collection for Switch open on January 12, 2024. Limited Run Games will have them here. A specific release date hasn’t been confirmed, and while we don’t have any news about the digital launch, we should be seeing the game on the eShop as well.
