Dandy & Randy DX, a “cutesy action adventure puzzler”, out on Switch this week

The “cutesy action adventure puzzler” Dandy & Randy DX will be appearing on Switch this week, publisher Ratalaika Games and developer Asterstic Game Studio announced today. It will be available on April 29, 2022.
The premise of the game is that Dandy and Randy, a pair of archeologists, owe a ton of money to a huge bank. After recalling a promotional flyer about riches in a faraway island, the two head off on an adventure to check it out. Dandy Duck, a pink duck who loves archeology and discovering new things, is the main character. His partner is Randy Rabbit, a blue bunny that loves technology, flying his plane, and adventure.
Dandy & Randy DX is said to have lots of routes, equipment, enemies, goodies, unlockable characters, and puzzles. One such goodie is the boomerang that can stun enemies as well as grab health pickups and coins from afar. There’s also the hammer, which can break stones to find more money and open up paths. That’s along with the hookshot to cross dangerous swamp areas plus the running shoes, which makes the players run faster, helping avoid dangerous situations and solve quick puzzles.
