Bandai Namco has published some new assets for Doraemon Story of Seasons. The game’s boxart is attached above. We also have some details and screenshots below, courtesy of Gematsu.

Welcome to the Farm: A New Story of Seasons with Nobita and Friends Starts in Season Town

– Plow the fields, lovingly care for the animals, and develop the farm on Nobita’s ranch

Story

– This is the story of Nobita and friends, starting from a mysterious seed
– One day, Doraemon and Nobita come across a mysterious seed
– The two plant the seed right away
– It grows into a large tree right before their eyes, but at the same time a storm suddenly rolls in, and Nobita and friends are taken in by the sky and blown away somewhere
– When they came to, Nobita and friends were at the foot of a strange, large tree
– Nobita and friends, who lost their secret gadgets in the storm and are unable to return to their world, are at a loss as to what to do
– It was then that they ran into a kind-hearted boy named Launch, who tells them that the unknown town they are in is called “Season Town”
– At Launch’s suggestion, Nobita and friends decide to live in Season Town while lending a hand to its residents until they figure out a way to return to their world
– Shizuka-chan helps out at the hospital, Suneo at the restaurant, Gian at the carpenter, Doraemon as the mayor’s assistant, and Nobita is tasked with tending to Launch’s ruined ranch
– With the help of Doraemon and friends, as well as the residents of the town, Nobita must bring growth to a ruined ranch

Doraemon

– A cat-like robot that comes from the 22nd century
– He helps out the mayor, while also lending a hand to Nobita with his ranch using various “secret gadgets”

Nobita

– A boy who is not good at sports and dislikes studying
– A bit clumsy and lazy, but he understands the feelings of others, cares for the environment, and has a kind heart
– In this game, he plows the fields and takes care of animals as a rancher

Shizuka

– Nobita’s classmate
– She is a level-headed person who is good at studying
– Takes care of sick and injured townspeople at the hospital

Gian

– Works as the apprentice of the carpenter shop “Tontenkan,” where he spends each day learning the ropes

Suneo

Launch

– A kind-hearted boy who meets Nobita and friends in Season Town
– Lives with Pasty
– Since Pasty has a hard time walking, he runs the family ranch on his own. He is a supportive friend who tells Nobita what to do at the ranch

Pasty

– The oldest person in town
– She lives with Launch and is very kind
– She kindly welcomes Nobita and friends into her home when they suddenly show up in Season Town

Yamei

– The mayor of Season Town
– He is unsparing when it comes to children who do not lend a hand to adults
– He sense danger in Doraemon’s secret gadgets and confiscates them

Cat

– The cat Mimiko. It came from a neighboring town
– Doraemon seems to have asked her out on a date many times, but…

Growing Crops

– Grow crops on the farm, then ship them off
– On the ranch, you can grow all sorts of crops, including vegetables, fruits, and flowers
– First, use your hoe to plow the field
– By upgrading your hoe, you will be able to plow multiple squares of the field at a time
– Sow the seeds of the crops you want to grow next
– Seeds can be purchased at the general shop
– Water the plants each day, otherwise the crops may die
