[Feature] It’s harder to write honest game reviews than you think it is.

So, I got a little carried away with this, but ultimately there are two things I wanted to get through to you:

1) Developers are people. I don’t care if they’re making the 50th Madden game, the 100th Call of Duty game, a totally new and awesome IP like Mutant Mudds(!!!), or the video game accompanying the next “The Expendables” movie. They’re people who work hard and care about what they do.

2) Review scores aren’t always integrous, but it’s not always because of malice. Bigger sites = evil, smaller sites = compassionate. Usually. But I’m slightly biased towards not-bigger sites. ;]

The end.

Ask questions if you’ve got em, but otherwise I just want to let everybody know that Jools Watsham and the folks at Renegade Kid have two really awesome games on the Nintendo eShop on 3DS right now: “Mutant Mudds” and “Bomb Monkey”. Mutant Mudds is, admittedly, the better of the two (I’m working on this honesty thing), but that’s only because it’s the best platformer on the 3DS.

Yea, I said it. Super Mario 3D Land has no soul.
