Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick demo announced

Nintendo has announced Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick, a new demo for the upcoming sports arcade title. With it, fans will be able to try the game before launch.
A Nintendo Switch Online membership is needed to play. During certain online periods, it’ll be possible to experience Versus Everyone or Join Friends. Training mode can be accessed starting today.
Training mode teaches players all of the basics. They can learn about shooting, passing, and tackles as well as advanced moves and skills. With matches, players can form a team with others and challenge competitors online. Each team is made up of players from two Switch consoles and a maximum of two players per console. It’s possible to team up with random players and invite friends to play together online.
Online play for the Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick demo will be offered during the following days and times:

– 8 PM PT to 9 PM PT
– 11 PM ET – 2 AM ET
Saturday, June 4, round 1
– 4 AM PT – 5 AM PT
– 7 AM ET – 8 AM ET

Those that don’t have a Nintendo Switch Online membership can try out a free trial that’s active for seven days, which will let you play the Mario Strikers: Battle League First Kick demo.
