Monster Hunter Rise update releasing on April 28 (version 2.0)

Capcom has dated the version 2.0 update for Monster Hunter Rise. Players can download the new patch on April 28, the company announced today.

Version 2.0 includes the following:

– Teostra
– Kushala Daora
– Chameleos
– Standard quests to hunt existing Apex monsters
– New weapons and armor
– Hunter rank cap unlocked

Also announced is new DLC for Monster Hunter Rise. Players can purchase Character Edit Vouchers to re-edit their Hunter’s appearance – the first one is free. There will also be voice options so that the hunter can sound like Fugen or Minoto. That’s on top of new layered armor for your hunter and Buddies, gestures, stickers, hairstyles, pet clothing, and more.

New event quests will be made available in Monster Hunter Rise following the update. Capcom also has plans for event quests that offer new gestures and stickers.
