More Watch Dogs comparisons, frame rate test

The Wii U version is most comparable to the PlayStation 3 edition. One issue stems from the game’s frame rate, which often dips to around 20-25 FPS range. But on the bright side, it does have v-sync engaged at all times to remove screen-tearing.
