Nintendo to confirm Wii U VC launch lineup tomorrow

At this point, when exactly the Wii U Virtual Console and system update will arrive are unclear. There has been conflicting information about launches for both.
One thing we do know for sure is that Nintendo has plans to share the full North American Wii U VC lineup tomorrow. On Facebook, the following image was posted to the official Wii U account:
Does this mean we can expect the Virtual Console to officially launch tomorrow?
