Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS version 1.1.4 – community patch notes

Over the past few days, fans on Smashboards have been compiling unofficial patch notes for the 1.1.4 Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS update. Since it’s been a work-in-progress, we’ve held off on posting them until now.
