Stardew Valley sales are at 7.9 million on Nintendo Switch, 41 million total

ConcernedApe has provided sales figures for Stardew Valley, including specific data for Nintendo Switch.

Usually when we hear about sales figures for games, it’s based on performance across all consoles. We do know that 41 million copies have been sold in total. However, on Nintendo Switch specifically, ConcernedApe confirms that 7.9 million units have been sold on the platform.

The PC version comes at 26 million copies. Since that leaves about 7 million left over for other systems, as far as consoles go, Stardew Valley sales are the best on Nintendo Switch.

Aside from being a successful title in its own right, something that helped Stardew Valley was getting on Nintendo Switch early on. It ended up on the system in October 2017 – just a few months following the console’s launch. Since then, it can often be seen towards the top of the Nintendo eShop charts despite releasing years ago. That just proves how popular the game continues to be.
