American Hero getting a physical release on Switch

A physical release of American Hero is in the works, Limited Run Games has announced.
The title originally appeared on Switch last year as a digital download. The FMV game was originally planned for the Atari Jaguar CD, but never released. Ziggurat Interactive finally ended up going through with the launch after so many years.

Ziggurat Interactive and Empty Clip Studios have shared a trailer for American Hero, a previously unpublished Atari Jaguar CD FMV game. The title finally saw release this week with its Switch debut.

Ziggurat Interactive is bringing back the unfinished Atari Jaguar CD title American Hero for release on Switch, the company announced today.
American Hero was originally being developed in the ’90s and was thought to have been lost to time. However, Ziggurat Interactive and developer Empty Clip Studios have now brought the project back and will have it ready to go next month.
