Circana has released a listing of the top ten best-selling games in the U.S. for the month of July 2025.
We’re now able to see how Donkey Kong Bananza performed, with the game landing at #3. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, another new title, is right behind at #4.

Mario Kart World came in second last week, but is back again at #1. Another game that’s moved up slightly is Donkey Kong Bananza, climbing from #4 to #3. Madden NFL 26 also appears at #16.

New data provided by Famitsu gives us a look at Japan’s best-selling games of July 2025.
Donkey Kong Bananza was the big new release of the month, but it actually wasn’t in first. That’s because Mario Kart World – which comes from a series that always shows staying power – managed to come out on top for the second consecutive month. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is also able to enter the top five.
