Electronic Super Joy: Groove City

Electronic Super Joy: Groove City, an eShop game that arrived on Wii U back in January, is now coming to retail. Creator Michael Todd announced on Twitter that the physical version is slated for September, and new content will be included. 15 new levels have been added to the package.

Todd wrote on Twitter today:


We don’t have an exact release date just yet. When we hear something, we’ll be sure to let you know!

A new patch is now available for Electronic Super Joy: Groove City. Over on Miiverse, Yazar Media Group confirmed that the update adds Pro Controller support. Some bugs have been addressed as well.

Another indie title is hitting the North American Wii U eShop next week. System owners will be able to purchase “Electronic Super Joy: Groove City”, an action-adventure title coming from Yazar Media Group.

Electronic Super Joy: Groove City previously released on a variety of platforms including PC and mobile. Now the game is heading to Wii U, creator Michael Todd has announced.

Todd passed along the news on Twitter today. The game is already being submitted to Nintendo, and it should be out soon.
