Fading Afternoon Uncensored Edition heading to Nintendo Switch with physical release

Fading Afternoon debuted digitally on Nintendo Switch last year, but physical publisher and distributor Tesura Games has now announced a new Uncensored Edition. It will be available later in 2025.
Fading Afternoon Uncensored Edition will include explicit scenes, gambling, blood, and events that were missing in the original version. The physical release also includes a comic booklet.

Nearly three years after it was announced for Switch, Fading Afternoon now has a release date on the system. Publisher Circle Entertainment revealed that it’s coming next week – specifically June 6, 2024.
Fading Afternoon was revealed for Switch in September 2021. It’s made by Yeo, the developer behind The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa.

Earlier this summer, Yeo announced Fading Afternoon as its next project following The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa. During the Asobu Indie Showcase 2021 broadcast, the game was confirmed for Switch. Circle Entertainment will be publishing.
Fading World will feature an open world in which players can choose their own objective. Fans can look forward to a stylish combat system with guns, katanas, and more. Mini games like fishing will be included as well.
