Knights in the Nightmare Remaster came to Switch in Japan this past week, and gameplay has since emerged. 24 minutes of footage is available.

Knights in the Nightmare Remaster is based on the original title that previously landed on DS over a decade ago. It’s a strategy-shooter RPG made by Sting.

Knights in the Nightmare Remaster has received a new release date after its delay a few months ago. It is now launching on Switch on April 7, 2022 in Japan, and it will cost 2860 yen.  This is all the information available about the game right now, but a teaser website has launched which means more details will be shared soon.

Knights in the Nightmare Remaster has been delayed and will not be launching this year as originally planned, Sting has announced.

The title had originally been confirmed for a 2021 launch back in June. But with only a few days remaining in the year, today’s news regarding a delay doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

Knights in the Nightmare Remaster

Back in 2008, Sting made Knights in the Nightmare for DS. The strategy-shooter RPG would be published in the west a year later thanks to Atlus.

Sting has now announced that the game is returning on some of the latest platforms, including Switch. Knights in the Nightmare Remaster has been confirmed for a 2021 launch in Japan, though we’re waiting to hear about a potential overseas launch.
