Aggelos 2 announced for Nintendo Switch

Today, PQube and PixelHeart announced Aggelos 2 for Nintendo Switch 2. It’s due out in 2026.
Aggelos 2 is a sequel to the original 2D action-platformer. This time around, the new title is going 16-bit, compared to the original 8-bit look. There’s also a new dual-realm mechanic that lets players flip the hero’s powers of Light and Darkness in real time and the two realms via portals.

Chronicles of the Wolf, the action platformer from PQube, PixelHeart, and Migami Games, now has a release date. It’s coming to Nintendo Switch on June 19, 2025.
Plans to launch the title on the system were just confirmed back in February. Last we heard, it was slated for the summer – so we’re technically getting it earlier than expected, even if only by a day.

PixelHeart and ChipsOnSteroids are teaming up to release GladMort on Nintendo Switch. According to an eShop listing, it’s scheduled for March 27, 2025.
GladMort is a a medieval-fantasy action-platformer at its core. While it was designed for the Neo Geo and inspired by the classics of the time, now we’re getting it on Nintendo’s console.

Metroidvania game Chronicles of the Wolf announced for Nintendo Switch

Publishers PQube and PixelHeart, along with developer Migami Games, today announced that they’re putting Chronicles of the Wolf on Nintendo Switch. The game is planned for Summer 2025.
Chronicles of the Wolf is a Metroidvania – or action platformer. You’ll play as Mateo Lombardo who’s on a quest to hunt down the legendary Beast of Gévaudan, but there’ll also be a guest appearance from Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.

PixelHeart and Statera Studio are teaming up on the new game Naughty Geese, the two sides announced today. The game arrives on Switch in 2025.
Naughty Geese is a new 2D side-scrolling action platformer in which players take on the role of a biker goose who tries to keep his offspring safe from predators. Read more about it in the following overview:

Pocket Bravery reveals Sho Kamui from Breakers

Sho Kamui will be playable in the upcoming fighting title Pocket Bravery, Statera Studio revealed today. Diney Paiva is providing voiceover.
The character first appeared in 1996 title Breakers. That game originally released on the Neo Geo.

Publisher PixelHeart, along with Statera Studio, have announced that Guns N’ Runs is in the works for Switch. The game will be available in Q4 2022.
