Breakers Collection update

A new update has just come out for the fighting title Breakers Collection.

For those that completed the Team Battle Event, a new reward is available. Some quality of life improvements are also included, along with text fixes.

Midnight is Lost

Publisher QUByte Interactive, in partnership with developer Robotizar Games, today announced plans to release Midnight is Lost on Switch next week. The launch has been penciled in for February 23, 2023.

Midnight is Lost is a puzzle game with Sokoban challenges in which puzzles need to be solved backwards. More information can be found in the following overview:

A new update for Breakers Collection has been announced for Switch, bringing a number of bug fixes and quality of life updates to the title. Full details for the update, which will launch on January 26, can be found below:

Breakers Collection still has a little ways to go until its ready for primetime, but a launch trailer has already been shared. QUByte Interactive is showing off the collection that contains the original games and some new content.

The Tale of Cloud and Wind

The Tale of Cloud and Wind, otherwise known as Water Margin: A Tale of Clouds and Wind, is about to make a comeback on Switch. A listing shows that the game is due out on December 22, 2022.

You may not have heard of it, but The Tale of Cloud and Wind was originally made by Never Ending Soft Team as an unlicensed title for the SEGA Genesis.

Adore

Today, publisher QUByte Interactive and developer Cadabra Games announced that they’re teaming up on the upcoming Switch title Adore. There’s no word on release timing currently.

Adore is an action creature game starring Lukha, who is capable of summoning and controlling creatures to fight alongside him. Further information can be found in the following overview:

The Samurai Collection

Original (10/29): QUByte Interactive has another retro package planned for Switch, as an eShop listing has The Samurai Collection. This is due out on November 3, 2022.

The Samurai Collection appears to include First Samurai and Second Samurai, a pair of beat ’em up platformers. First Samurai originally came out in 1991 for the Amiga and Atari ST, though it later ended up on other systems like the SNES. Second Samurai followed in 1993 for the Amiga and later the SEGA Mega Drive.

Breakers Collection release date

Breakers Collection has been given a final release date on Switch. It will be available on January 12, 2023, QUByte Interactive announced today.

Breakers Collection contains Breakers and Breakers Revenge plus new content for the cult classic fighting game, which was released in 1996 for Neo Geo and Arcades. More features and modes are planned such as online versus, an art gallery, and a training more.

Glover

QUByte Interactive revelated today that it will be publishing Glover on Switch. A release window as not provided.

If Glover sounds familiar, that’s because the 3D platformer originally released for the N64. You can read more about it below.

Tinhead

Original (10/8): QUByte Interactive has been bringing back a number of niche classics on Switch as of late, and the pattern continues with Tinhead. A listing for the game has appeared on the eShop. According to the store page, it will be available next week.

Tinhead was originally made by MicroProse UK in 1993. The action adventure platformer, which involves a mission to save the stars from Grim Squidge, originally debuted on the SEGA Genesis.
