Fantasy Strike

Sirlin Games is still updating its Switch fighter Fantasy Strike. As of this week, the game is at version 1.0.

This is a pretty big update, featuring updated graphics, balance updates, and more. We’ve included the full patch notes below.

In addition to going free-to-play yesterday, the fighting title Fantasy Strike added new characters Sirus Quince and General Onimaru. Check out some footage of them below.

The fighting game Fantasy Strike is moving away from its normal asking price and is becoming free-to-play. Sirlin Games announced the news today, and also revealed two new characters: Sirus Quince and General Onimaru.

Fantasy Strike already supported cross-play between Switch and Steam. Now, however, an additional platform is entering the equation.

Developer Sirlin Games has announced full-cross play support, in which all platforms will be compatible with each other. As one example, Switch players will be able to challenge opponents on PlayStation 4.

Fantasy Strike, the fighting game from Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix lead designer David Sirlin, has finally been given a release date. The title will launch on July 25 via the eShop, Sirlin Games has announced.
