Interplay Entertainment and Wizards of the Coast have set a final release date for the remastered Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 on Switch. It will be available on July 20, 2022.

Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 was confirmed for Switch earlier this year, but we now have more details – including a release window.
Interplay Entertainment (IPLY) and Wizards of the Coast made the news official today. The action RPG will be available on a Nintendo console for the first time, and in higher resolution than the original release. Local co-op will be fully supported.

Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance was just announced for Switch yesterday with a planned release for today. Unfortunately, things haven’t gone according to plan.
Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance has been pushed back by at least “a few days”. The team seems to be unsure why the delay has happened, as Nintendo didn’t provide an explanation. The build and store page were both approved.

The classic action RPG Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance is about to return on Switch, Interplay Entertainment and Wizards of the Coast have revealed. It’ll be out digitally tomorrow, May 7.
