Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection game list release date

Konami just revealed the release date for Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection alongside the game list. The package arrives for Switch on February 27, 2025.

As we mentioned, Konami shared more than just the release date. We essentially have the full game list for Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection as it’s now confirmed that Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul, Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction will be available.

Here’s some information about the release:

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection Duel Monsters 1 and 2 Dark Duel Stories

During the the Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship 2024 live stream, another batch of games were revealed for Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection. The Switch release is now confirmed to include Duel Monsters, Duel Monsters II, and Dark Duel Stories.

Duel Monsters originally released on the Game Boy. Duel Monsters II and Dark Duel Stories both appeared on the Game Boy Color. Note that the Duel Monsters games were never localized for the west, and only came to Japan.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection English west

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection, which was just revealed for Switch yesterday, has now been confirmed for worldwide release on Switch.

Oddly, the English announcement only namedrops the Game Boy Color title Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelists. The Game Boy Advance game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 6: Expert 2 was already confirmed for Japan, so it’s a bit of a strange omission. Konami does say that “the collection will include titles that weren’t previously released in the west.”

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection

Konami will release Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection on Switch, the company announced today.
