Thanks to GamesIndustry, we have new insight into the UK gaming market for April 2024.
The month is lacking in surprises, but if we’re talking about Switch games, EA Sports FC 24 is the highest on the chart at #2. Hogwarts Legacy is the only other title found on Nintendo’s console in the top ten, and that one comes in at #6.
All console sales are down in 2024, including Switch. The system is seeing a 38 percent decline this year so far. Switch is only getting older and a new Nintendo system is on the horizon, though we won’t be seeing any new hardware from the company in 2024.
