Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burden coming to Switch eShop on September 13

Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burden, the third game in the Voice of Cards series, has been announced, and will release digitally for Switch via the eShop on September 13. The game was previously leaked via a Playstation Store listing last month, and has now been confirmed for release on Switch by Square Enix. As with the previous two entries in the series, the game is an RPG stylized with cards to mimic traditional tabletop storytelling, and will be a standalone experience with no connection to prior works.

This is the tale of a girl who swears revenge on monsters. After losing her home, she joins hands with a mysterious boy and sets out into the unknown.
But will it be the light of hope, or the darkness of despair that awaits them at journey’s end…?The Voice of Cards series are RPGs, told entirely through the medium of cards.
