Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will have an Expansion Pass, Nintendo and Monolith Soft revealed in today’s dedicated Nintendo Direct for the RPG.

New content is planned for release across four waves, ending with the final drop by the end of 2023. Players can look forward to helpful items, new outfits and color variants, challenge battles, new quests, new Hero characters, and even a new story scenario.

– Wave 1: helpful items, outfit color variations – July 29, 2022
– Challenge Battle, new Hero character and quests, new outfits – releasing by December 31, 2022
– Challenge battle, new Hero character and quests, new outfits – releasing by April 30, 2023
– Brand-new story scenario – releasing by December 31, 2023

Fans may recall that Xenoblade Chronicles 2 also had its own Expansion Pass. It featured new Rare Blades such as Shulk and Fiora from the first title, bonus items, new quests, Challenge Battle mode, and the new stand-alone game, Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country.

The Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Expansion Pass will go up for pre-order on the Switch eShop today. Pricing is set at $29.99.
