Atlus reveals the Etrian Odyssey V launch edition, Dragoon trailer, more

Today, Atlus revealed the Etrian Odyssey V launch edition. Those who pick up the game around the release day will receive an art book, CD, and special outer box.
Here’s the full rundown of what’s inside:
- 24-Page Art Book – Beautiful character art and concept sketches by the illustrious Yuji Himukai cover the pages of this magnificent art book. The unique explorers that will fill up your party are a wonder to behold.
- 6-Track Music CD – A grand journey is utterly droll without music, so get into the adventuring mindset with an enchanting soundtrack crafted by long-time series composer Yuzo Koshiro!
- Outer Box – The Yggdrasil and eager adventurers adorn this colorful out box which protects the precious treasures it holds within.
Atlus also sent out a trailer for the Dragoon class in Etrian Odyssey V:
One of the four classes for the Earthlain race, the Dragoon is all about soaking up damage and dishing out the heavy artillery with their hand cannon. They’ll need to rely on protecting the party from various attacks with different guard stances and is the first line of defense against all the hostile creates roaming around the Yggdrasil. As Dragoons level up, they can choose between a Master form that emphasizes strong defense or one that focuses on offensive capabilities.
Atlus will be streaming Etrian games every Friday starting July 28 at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET (prizes included). This will culminate with the Etrian Odyssey V stream on September 15.
