Another Street Fighter game seems to be planned for the Wii U Virtual Console. Last week, Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival was rated by the OFLC. For those unaware, it’s a Game Boy Advance title with a new title screen and character illustrations.

I don’t think we asked for all these old versions of Street Fighter. We *probably* asked for Ultra Street Fighter 4.

I’d like a 4, thiugh its been played to death better capcam support would be nice, along with those two RE games, seriously, both the remake and revolations were released in N platforms first

Unless Nintendo pay them, i don’t think we will see another RE on a Nintendo platform.

I picked up Street Fighter II out of nostalgia. Wish I could play it with a SNES controller ’cause this ain’t going well.

    • Really? I thought the Pro controller would do a pretty nice job…. am I mistaken?

I can’t say with 100 percent certainty because I’m obviously quite rusty and it takes a while to get used to how slow the game actually is, but the down-forward-y combination(s) are very hard on the controller due to slow response.

        • To be fair I did hear that all the VC games have a slight delay. Things like make it more difficult for me to play Lost Levels with the same degree of skill as I once had when All-Stars first came out.

Off-topic: Lost Levels! Just when I thought I had them all … haha.

I noticed delays playing Punch-Out myself. I guess delays will always be a part of emulated games.

          • Well …. they could always improve it somehow I suppose … maybe via updates?

I own quite a few VC titles and this is the only one so far I had problems with though. Minish Cap, Double Dragon, Fire Emblem, Earthbound, Wrecking Crew, … are all just fine.
