Card Warriors Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Switch

It took a bit longer than expected, but Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot + A New Power Awakens Set has finally gained Card Warriors on Switch.

Bandai Namco originally put the game on Nintendo’s console last September. Card Warriors was originally planned for Switch last fall, but the extra mode was pushed back. Bandai Namco cited “an adjustment of the development schedule” for the delay.

The good news is that the wait is over, and all Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot + A New Power Awakens Set players on Switch can access Card Warriors now. Everyone should gain access after installing a new version 1.25 update.

As a reminder, Card Warriors is a free mode inside Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot that acts as an online, fast-paced card battle game. It tasks players with reducing the HP of the opponent’s leader to zero. Casual Mode, Ranking Battle Mode, and Tournament Battle options are all included.

You can get a close look at Card Warriors in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot in the trailer Bandai Namco has uploaded below.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot + A New Power Awakens Set can be purchased physically or digitally on Switch. You can find our review of the game right here.
