Enthralling Sci-Fi Action Adventure Coming Exclusively to Wii

BURBANK, Calif. — (February 20, 2009) — The Spectrobes universe is coming to living rooms worldwide. Disney Interactive Studios today announced Spectrobes: Origins, the next adventure in the top-selling action adventure franchise, appearing exclusively on the Wii™ home video game console from Nintendo®. Spectrobes: Origins will be released in autumn 2009.

Spectrobes: Origins brings the successful series to the Wii with a new story that reveals secrets from the past through flashbacks of significant events. In Spectrobes: Origins, players will use the unique Wii controls to explore vast worlds, excavate three-dimensional fossils and unravel an engaging story while discovering the key to preventing a galactic threat. While immersed in the universe as never before, players will fight enemies in large-scale, action-packed battles in real time.


Haul Anchor and Set Sail for Exciting New Adventures in the One Piece Games Series Exclusive to Wii

PARIS, FRANCE – 19 February 2009 – Adventure takes on a new form as leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe S.A.S. announced today that the popular animated TV series, One Piece™, will make its debut on WiiTM with the forthcoming One PieceTM: Unlimited Cruise series of games. Join Captain Monkey D. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates as they embark on a search for the ultimate treasure in these all new original quests. Combat, mystery, and intrigue await with One Piece: Unlimited Cruise 1 scheduled for release in June 2009, followed by One Piece: Unlimited Cruise 2, scheduled for release in October 2009.

In One Piece: Unlimited Cruise, the motley crew of Straw Hat Pirates find themselves aboard the Thousand Sunny ship, the ship of 1,000 seas, as they set sail to a variety of mysterious islands and begin their fantastic adventures. The game is split into two episodes to accommodate the huge storyline which will keep the player engrossed throughout.
