There is at least one person at Aksys Games who has interest in bringing Earth Seeker stateside.

Localization editor Ben Bateman told Nintendo Power that he would love to work on Namco Bandai’s Duel Love, but it’s not a realistic possibility. If he were to pick a title that actually has a shot at localization, he’d go with Earth Seeker.

Bateman said:

“Duel Love would be great, but the DS ship has almost certainly sailed on that one. A game that’s slightly more likely that I would love to work on is Earth Seeker. The art and character designs are wonderful, and the world seems pretty cool too.”

Earth Seeker is a Wii title made by Crafts & Meister & Kadokawa Shoten. It’s a role-playing game with a post-apocalyptic Earth setting.

XSEED showed interest in pursuing Earth Seeker last year, though the company hasn’t made any announcements.

This information comes from Namco Bandai’s latest financial report…

You can find more information from Namco Bandai’s financial report here and here. It looks like we’ll be seeing fifteen titles from Namco Bandai on the 3DS this fiscal year and two on Wii.
