Along with today’s screenshot, Sakurai passed along the following message on Miiverse:

Pikachu’s Thunder now starts off with a thundercloud that deals a Meteor Smash! From left to right, you can see this combo starting with Pikachu throwing the opponent upward, Meteor Smashing with the lightning strike, and then directly attacking. Foes can dodge, of course, so the attack won’t hit consistently, but when it does, it sure feels good!

Earlier today, RCMADIAX posted yet another screenshot from BLOK DROP U’s upcoming update. We’re given a look at the new level select menu this time around.

Today’s screenshot is of the new level select menu. You will notice that a yellow star is given to the stages that you have completed and SAVED! That’s right, a save feature is also being added to the game. As always, feedback and comments are welcome! Thanks for the continued support.

Along with today’s screenshot, Sakurai passed along the following message on Miiverse:

The Gust Bellows can blow opponents away with its powerful wind blasts. When someone drops it, though, the gusts run wild! Out of the new items, more than a few will be from The Legend of Zelda series. We’ll take the most interesting and straightforward ones and reformulate them to match the Smash Bros. world.

RCMADIAX has shared another look at BLOK DROP U’s upcoming update. You can find a new screenshot above, and an overview below.

It’s day 2 of the BLOK DROP U future update reveal. Today’s screenshot is of stage 21 and you will see the new art for the Bounce Bloks. In addition to the new art for the bounce bloks, I took the feedback I received yesterday and added a small white border around the gray bloks to space them out a little better. Thanks again for the feedback and don’t forget to comment and check back again tomorrow!

This may look like a side-scrolling action game, but it’s actually one of the stages.

Super Smash Bros. series director Masahiro Sakurai posted the following on Miiverse:

Pic of the day. Luigi might be thinking, “Who would’ve thought I’d get to show off the Poltergust in Super Smash Bros.?!” Wondering if it’s going to suck something in? Yeah, it probably will.

Seems like we’ve got the first look at this new entries’ version of Luigi’s Final Smash. Is it the same as his crazy, crippling move in Brawl? That’s a Negative. Zone.
