SEGA’s TGS 2014 lineup is in. At the expo next week, the following games will be featured:

Update: Miiverse can be used when playing Smash Bros. on a New 3DS unit. It won’t work on regular 3DS models due to insufficient memory.
At the moment, there’s no Miiverse support for Super Smash Bros. 3DS. There’s simply no way of posting to Nintendo’s social network currently. Whether or not this will change in the future remains to be seen!
Super Smash Bros. for 3DS final block size

Super Smash Bros. 3DS is out now in Japan, and we’re hearing that the download is quite a bit less than originally anticipated. You’ll only need 9,320 blocks of free space (will likely vary slightly depending on region) in order to successfully download the game. That’s significantly less than the 17,300 blocks of space originally listed on Japanese packaging last month.

Big Hero 6: Battle in the Bay coming to 3DS and DS

GameMill Entertainment has announced Big Hero 6: Battle in the Bay, a new action-adventure platforming game for 3DS and DS. It’s due out this fall in North America.
Here’s a brief overview:
Set after the events of the film, the game follows robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada and his like-minded friends turned heroes – Baymax, GoGo Tomago, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, and Fred – as they attempt to save the city of San Fransokyo from a battlebot invasion. The adventurous gameplay is brought to life with vibrant comic-style storytelling that gives players control of the stars of the film in this action-packed combat platformer.
Disney Big Hero 6: Battle in the Bay lets players interact with all six members of the squad, each in unique ways. Playable characters include Fred, boasting over-the-top power; GoGo, specializing in speed; Wasabi, featuring fast-paced combat skills; and Hiro who’s adept at platforming. Baymax and Honey Lemon also show up to support players throughout gameplay. Each of the adventure’s 20 story levels is tailored to reflect and test the talents of a specific character with a diverse assortment of enemies and environmental hazards. The game also offers climactic boss showdowns, hidden collectibles that unlock potent upgrades for the crew and special Challenge Mode versions of each stage.

The Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire demo, previously confirmed for Japan, has now been announced for the west as well.
Here’s what you should know:
Start your next Hoenn region adventure early with a special demo version of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. This demo features gameplay that you won’t experience anywhere else. During the course of this adventure, you’ll be surprised to encounter familiar Pokémon that can now Mega Evolve! What’s more, you can bring this Pokémon into your full Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire game. You can even bring over the reward items that you obtained during your Special Demo Version adventure. Stay tuned for details on how to bring the Pokémon and items into your full game.
