“Nope. No TGS showing. We haven’t decided yet whether it’s going to ship in Japan… that determination won’t be made for several more weeks so showing it at a Japan consumer show doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t worry… you won’t be able to miss it when it resurfaces.” – Christian Svensson, Corporate Officer/VP of Strategic Planning & Business Development

As we already know, Spyborgs is going through a big overhaul and it looks like Capcom has completed some major changes. Capcom has been pretty selective of where its latest titles it will release, but I suppose that it’s just a matter of whether or not the company believes the specific game is suited for certain territories.

REDWOOD CITY, CA – September 30, 2008 – Hudson Entertainment, the North American publishing arm for HUDSON SOFT, today announced that it is bringing Marble Saga: Kororinpa, an exciting puzzle adventure centering around a marble, exclusively to Wii™ next spring.

Earlier today, Gamekyo posted a rumor regarding an old franchise that would see rebirth on the Wii. Nintendo has commented on the speculation and the response is pretty much what most had expected – That Nintendo does not “comment on rumors and speculation” reply. Even so, this rumor along with the new DS talk, still has an open window of opportunity to be present at Nintendo’s Japanese conference (or perhaps even the North American event), though we’ll definitely have a better idea about the two come this Thursday.

Rumor has it that Nintendo will be announcing a new game based on an old franchise. The article also reports that the old franchise is something “that everyone is waiting for.” Kid Icarus and Punch-Out are two prominent possibilities. Both titles have been rumored to be in development. More news is expected at Nintendo’s upcoming conference in Japan.
