Reggie excited for 2010, talks Metroid: Other M, Galaxy 2, Sin and Punishment 2
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Wii | 12 Comments
2010 is looking like it could be the Wii’s strongest year in terms of first-party support. If all goes as planned, Nintendo’s three big guns – Mario, Metroid, and Zelda – will all ship to store shelves. Those who are anticipating Super Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M, Zelda Wii, and even Sin and Punishment 2 are all excited for 2010, including Reggie Fils-Aime.
“Absolutely (we’re excited about next year). And in terms of the three that we highlighted during E3, Sin and Punishment first off is going to be something that the Nintendo fan can get really excited about. Galaxy 2, what can you say? Mr. Miyamoto himself is very excited about it. He thinks it really adds even more to that great title. And then Other M. And that’s another franchise that personally I’ve got great memories of. Back to a side-scrolling Metroid title. So, all great.”

Rumor: Tales of Vesperia heading to Wii
Posted on 15 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in Rumors, Wii | 5 Comments
Initially, Tales of Vesperia was a PS3 exclusive. In 2009, however, the game was ported to the PS3. Now may a Wii release be possible?
Rikiya Koyama, a voice actor for the Japanese version of the game, wrote a new blog post today and acknowledged a Wii edition. After launching on the 360 and PS3, Koyama said that a Wii version would be next. Of course, Namco Bandai hasn’t confirmed anything at this time. And who knows, perhaps Koyama was actually referring to Tales of Graces.
