Cuddly Forest Friends

Original (10/20): Aksys Games is localizing Cuddly Forest Friends and intends to release an English version on Switch in North America and Europe in February 2023, it’s been announced.

Cuddly Forest Friends is known as Gesshizu: Mori no Chiisana Nakama-tachi in Japan. It originally launched in July 2020.

The game lets players raise up to nine different forest companions and complete the encyclopedia by discovering rare creatures. Also included are mini games that support up to three other players.

Update (11/10): We already have a final release date of February 2, 2023 for Cuddly Forest Friends. All first-run copies of the game will contain an exclusive set of vinyl stickers featuring all nine creatures.

Here’s a little bit of information:

The Tree of Happiness needs Happy Feelings to grow, and players can accumulate these by taking care of different animals, such as Rabbit, Degu, Flying Squirrel and Capybara. Keep them fed and content and cheer them on while they gather items from the forest to craft decor and apparel. Play a variety of minigames with your animal friends to gain additional Happy Feelings.
