Posted on February 10, 2024 by (@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, Let's Talk

Previous rumors have pointed to a Switch successor launching sometime in 2024. You can never really predict what Nintendo will do, but based on factors such as the release schedule for Switch, that does seem likely.

When do you think Switch 2 will be launching? How much do you think the system will cost? Share your predictions will us in the comments.

Highlights from last week’s topic: What are you playing? – February 2024

On a rare three-at-once binge at the moment. Convenient that they all don’t take that much time to play, and none of them have actual plot to occupy my mind with.

1) Been playing Event Horizon for over a year now. It’s actually winding down at this point, and I’m looking for a new Endless game to take its place. Giving serious consideration to Siralim Ultimate, as suggested by other people.

2) Started Warriors of the Nile 2 a couple of weeks ago. It’s a bit touch-and-go with its RNG-reliant gameplay, and is actually kind of tough, but I am definitely enjoying it, despite now much anxiety it gives me before I make a run.

3) Back into Mario Kart 8 DX for the first time in literal years. Now that all the DLC is out, and I got a pass via the NSO+, I’m checking out all the new courses as my beloved Daisy.

All of that in the span of the afternoon. It’s not too bad, actually.

I keep playing Arcade Archives COSMO GANG THE PUZZLE for some reason. It’s certainly not the best puzzle game but I keep coming back to it, haha!

Locky Mavo

Going on a go old nostalgia trip with Golden Sun, man I love these games.

Then there’s some indies like Little Witch Nobeta, 9 years of Shadows, Darkwood and Dark Devotion.

And wanting to get back into the Xenoblade games, Red Dead Redemption and Deadly Premonition 2.
Lots of backlog.

And fingers crossed for that rumoured Nintendo direct this week happening.

I’m finally getting close to finishing TotK. Story-wise I believe I’m really close to the end and there’s just 12 shrines left. Once I finish it, I’ll start the first Mana game. I’ve never truly played the series. So I have a lot of catching up to do.
On 3DS I’m playing Hey Pikmin. I’m at about 70% done. Not going for 100%, just beating all stages and getting all the treasures.
On PS4 I’m reaaaaally slowly going through RE4 (two kids at home complicate playing these games)
On Series S I’m playing Halo Reach (amazing) and after that I play Hellblade 1vin preparation for the second one.

Like a dragon is so good. I recently got viewtiful joe 2, gears 5, persona 3 reload and P5 tactica but I just can’t pull myself away from Yakuza long enough to play anything else.
