Mad Hatter confirmed for Batman: Arkham Origins

The latest issue of OXM has revealed another new villain for Batman: Arkham Origins. Indeed, the Mad Hatter will be joining the game.
Scans have surfaced from the magazine, but that’s all for now. Official media and details shouldn’t be too far off.
